Welcome to Bonnie
The design firm Notaire took its inspiration from the Space Age to create the elegant rooms of our 15th-floor restaurant. This tribute is only fitting, since Bonnie seems to defy gravity as it perches above the capital’s most stunning monuments.
The airy décor complements the striking visual from the terrace and its 360° view over Paris. And as if that wasn’t enough, the creative minds of Studio Other Spaces, Olafur Eliasson and Sebastian Behmann conjured up a mirrored ceiling that flips the world upside down and makes you see double.

The Bonnie Bar
The bar’s library of mirrors, black stone bar and a marbled counter reflect all the beauty around. On the floor, stripes alternate with a midnight blue carpet like the Seine at midnight. Long sofas and curly woollen armchairs meander gracefully and offer the most beautiful views of Paris.

With their heads in the clouds, against a backdrop of soul funk, groovy hits and a few Latina songs, guests come together to celebrate life with champagne, a glass of wine or a cocktail. Influenced by Paris and New York, the cocktail menu pays tribute to the recipes of the 60s and 70s with iconic spirits from French distilleries and forgotten treasures. Bourbon, Tequila and Eaux de vie are brought up to date. The Bloody Bonnie, a bar specialty, brings to life the origins of the French cocktail and the sultry life of Bonnie Parker.

Bonnie Club
Night fell several hours ago and the bar is closing its doors, but you’re nowhere ready to stop toasting the town as the lights of Paris shimmer all around you. Well, it’s a good thing that Bonnie has already got the party started, this time at the club.
And not just any club, but the only one in the capital with an entirely glassed-in rooftop. High above the banks of the Seine and a few steps from the Marais, spend your night under the stars, all to the sounds of top DJs. When Paris wakes, Bonnie is still going strong!
